In 2015, while living in Florida and six months pregnant, I discovered Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) therapy during a particularly rough patch in my life. Pregnancy was an emotional and physical rollercoaster, with intense adjustments that left me feeling extremely overwhelmed. NET became my lifeline, helping me navigate the challenges of that time with new clarity and peace. Looking back, I am grateful to have found NET when I did—it’s been a game changer for me, allowing me to heal parts of my past that I didn’t even realize were still affecting me.
