Orange Theory Transformation Challenge: Midway Check-In (Send Help!)

Whew. We’re four weeks into Orange Theory’s Transformation Challenge, and let’s just say… the enthusiasm I had at the start? It’s somewhere between “I’ll start Monday” and “Does walking to the fridge count as cardio?”  

Listen, I came in hot. Week 1? Killed it. I was in there, sweating, feeling unstoppable. Then Week 2 happened—or, actually, didn’t happen. I missed the entire week. Between running my business, being a mom, and life throwing me curveballs left and right, making it to the gym felt like a pipe dream. And honestly, I don’t even know how I used to work out every single day. Who was she? Where is she? Can I get her back? I miss her.

The truth is, working out has always been my way to decompress. It makes me feel like me. And I want to get back to that rhythm, but I also know I need to be patient with myself. There’s a lot on my plate, and beating myself up over a missed week won’t get me any closer to my goals.  

We’ve got four more weeks to go. So here’s my plan:  
✔ Get back into my routine, even if it means starting small.  
✔ Organize my days better so fitness actually fits.  
✔ Prioritize feeling good over perfection.  

Summer is around the corner, and I want to feel amazing in my skin. So, let’s get it—because while I may have lost some momentum, I’m not out of the game.
