Sometimes You Just Need a Reset

Sometimes You Just Need a Reset

Every once in a while, life has a way of reminding you to slow down and check in with yourself. That’s exactly where I’ve been lately.

I took a little break from writing—not because I didn’t have anything to say, but because I was going through a lot internally. The kind of “a lot” that makes you pause and ask yourself some hard questions: Am I just overwhelmed and need to get more organized? Do I finally need an assistant? Should I stop taking on so many projects? Or is it time to reevaluate what truly matters to me right now?

I don’t have all the answers just yet, but I’m asking the questions—and that’s a start. What I do know is this: I’m grateful. Deeply. Because no matter how chaotic things have felt lately, I’m standing in a place I once begged to be.

I remember being jobless with a newborn in my arms, exhausted and unsure of what tomorrow would bring. I remember praying for a breakthrough, for a job, for money, for a life that felt full and mine. And now, standing on the other side of that chapter, I can confidently say—those prayers were heard. They were answered.

This past month has been full of reflection, growth, and some beautiful chaos. There have been highs that made me tear up with joy and lows that tested my resilience. But through it all, I’m still here. I’m still me.

If you’re reading this, thank you. Thank you for keeping up with my life, even when I go quiet for a bit. It means more than you know. I’m excited for what’s next. And I love you for being a part of this journey with me.
